💧 How to Consume Our CBG and CBD Oil?
Our oils can be used in various ways: orally (sublingually or mixed with food or drinks) or through topical/skin application. However, the most common and effective method for consuming CBD oils is as follows:
- Place 2 drops under the tongue, 3 times a day, and allow it to penetrate for 30 seconds.
- Gradually increase the dosage according to your sensation.
- You can also put the drops on a sugar cube.
